Food - Truly epicurean. Well plated. Service - efficient and family oriented. Ember our service specialist helpful and supportive. Ambiance- Been assigned to their large room dining facility. Enjoyed the brunch of our eldest daughter's birthday party. Highly recommended

Came in for a brunch to celebrate a friend's bridal shower. Food & service was great, our server James was very attentive when it came to making sure our glasses were never empty. Perfect Italian restaurant in Henderson.

Michel is very nice, friendly and personable! And she has family where we are visiting from! What a coincidence! This restaurant is bright and trendy! This was my first time here and it was fantastic! Be sure to come for Happy Hour with $8 Appetizers! We had to get 2 orders of Meatballs because they were so good! Caprese Salad with creamy soft mozzarella cheese was delicious! The tomatoes could have been a little bit more ripen, too hard to enjoy. The crispy fresh calamari with legs and rings were a good choice! The Caesar salad and Margarite pizza looked good! The King Crab Bucatini was succulent rich! Lucky thing I shared it with my husband! I ordered the Cannolis and was surprised to get 2! They were filled with creamy ricotta cheese and chocolate chips! Overall, between Michel, the ambiance and delicious food, it was an awesome night! Will be back!!

Time to update my review. It's be a while since I was here. Normally I eat here when friends from out of town are staying here. I looked at their menu online and decided it was time to go back--friends or not. My server, Gerson, was absolutely top notch. When I was seated, I was given the drink menu and the food menu. Gerson brought the Happy Hour menu. Discounted alcohol is of no interest to me, but the food items are sometimes downsized for the HH pricing and make it a size OK for the solo diner. I was intrigued by the zucchini chips--crispy battered zucchini with a side of San Marzano tomato sauce. I asked Gerson about the chips, and he assured me one person could finish those. I ordered them. For the main course, I ordered the king snow crab bucatini, the reason I came here for dinner. Dessert was another teaser--tiramisu two ways. The zucchini chips could be addicitve. Like potasto chips but with a different flavor. The slices were very thin, dipped lightly in a batter, and fried. They were very good. The tomato sauce was good for dipping but I think I ate more without the sauce than with. As for the main course, the king crab bucatini was excvellent. There was one large piece of crab in the middle of the pasta. The menu describes the dish as--King crab, zucchini, roasted tomatoes, and our signature lemon cream sauce. In the sauce, there were peices of crab. The bucatini was cooked al dente. The dish proved a good reason to drive across town for dinner. As for dessert, the tirimasu two ways is composed of lady fingers, mascarpone, cocoa, and an espresso bomba. To the right on the dish was a standard piece of tirimasu. To the left was a bomba--cream on the outside and a bit of lady fingers on the inside. What a delightful way to end this dinner! Service was exceptional. If you have the chance to have Gerson be your server, you will be lucky. He knows the menu and can give great advice!

Came to try some place different than our usual. Made reservations online and no issue changing it when we had one more added to our group. We were seated near the back at a booth table combo that accommodated a party of 5. We were happy because Happy Hour goes until 6pm and we finally caught one in town. They do have a limited choice for food on the HH menu but it was still good priced. I ordered the Caprese salad, Caesar salad and meatballs. My husband ordered the Caesar salad and chicken fettuccine. He said the salad did not have enough dressing for him but I found it to be good. A few more croutons would have been great. The dressing did have a good flavor. The caprese salad was just enough. 2 slices of each tomato and mozzarella. I would have liked an heirloom tomato over the beefsteak but it was still seasoned right and tomato was ripe. The meatballs were good. There was a bit too much sauce for me with only two (about 2oz) meatballs.. nothing to write home about in the size. My husband said he would come back for the chicken fettuccine but maybe not the salad. I would do the meatballs again. What really kicked this to a 4 star was the dessert. My niece and I split tirami-Shoe. It was a tiramisu that comes in a chocolate stiletto. The flavor was great. The show did hole a lot of cake and cream that we had to take it home. We ate the rest that night watching movies. Only thing not making it a 5 star review was the music. The music was good and great variety but in such a small and intimate place it needed to be turned down some by the performer. At some points we could. Or hear the person sitting next to us and we were 4 tables away from the performer.

Bottiglia is the perfect spot for a cute date night or a fun weekend brunch with friends. They have a great Italian menu for dinners and your traditional brunch fare on the weekends. For dinners, some of our go-to dishes are the beet salad, carpaccio, octopus, bolognese, king crab bucatini, and rigatoni alla vodka. I especially love coming here for brunch because it has the perfect aesthetic for a champagne brunch with the girls. And the food is amazing. Make sure to try the sticky bun. It is heavenly and a very generous portion so perfect for sharing with the table. They also have $1.50 oysters for happy hour every Tuesday! We usually always make reservations and it's typically not hard to do so in advance. The service has always been top notch and the managers will regularly check in with tables to make sure everything is going smoothly, which I feel always ensures that you're getting the best services The restaurant is located inside Green Valley Ranch but they are located right by the entrance off of Paseo Verde Pkwy so it's super convenient to get to with plenty of parking
